ARServices is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to work in the Falls Church, VA area (hybrid schedule available).
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: - Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across the organization.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Source, screen, submit viable candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Work with FSO for verifying and processing government security clearances.
- Negotiate and process offer letters.
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop strong relationships and partnership with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
- Initiate regular touch bases with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
- Engage with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand through company events, job fairs, social media, etc.
- Track and report key metrics.
- Present weekly status update to shareholders.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure recruiting function is compliant with all applicable regulations: AAP, OFCCP, EEO, etc.
- Actively participate in staffing related activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain a clearance if necessary.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in government contracting.
- Proven track record in recruiting cleared technical professionals.
- Experience managing applicant tracking software.
- Proficiency in utilizing media platforms and networking sites, particularly in navigating job boards.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office Products.
- Self-motivated and self-starter.
