Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to evaluate and understand their needs and preferences for staging properties.
  • Design and conceptualize staging plans that enhance the features and appeal of each property, keeping in mind the target market and style trends. While maintaining company brand standards and quality levels of service.
  • Have strong team leadership abilities with communication, planning and design leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics, including design execution, furniture delivery, set-up, and design approve., ensuring timely and efficient staging execution.
  • Arrange and style furniture, decor, and accessories to create visually appealing and functional spaces that showcase the potential of each property and maximize property value.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to real estate professionals and homeowners on how to improve and maintain the appearance of the property while on market.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market demands to ensure the staging designs remain relevant and appealing to potential buyers.


Requirements:

  • 3 Years experience in staging design and installation.
  • Proven experience in real estate staging or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move furniture and decor items during staging processes.
