Job Description
Join our dynamic Admissions team as a Regional Admissions Recruiter, where you'll play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the acceptance process. Based remotely in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area, you'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, conduct travel to engage with students, and build meaningful relationships with key influencers in the college search process.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment Travel: Manage an extensive travel schedule for your assigned territory, including in-state and out-of-state recruitment. You'll visit high schools, career centers, and attend college and transfer fairs.
Strategic Planning: Develop data-driven strategies to maximize recruitment efforts, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust as needed. You'll also coordinate regional events such as information sessions and campus visits.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other key stakeholders. Design and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their supporters.
Communication and Support: Provide comprehensive support and follow-up to prospective students through various communication channels. Collaborate with campus offices to guide students from inquiry to application.
Data and Reporting: Monitor and analyze data to track progress toward enrollment goals. Manage a budget for recruitment activities and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system.
Virtual Engagement: Participate in virtual recruitment activities, including online chats, webinars, and virtual fairs. Support marketing initiatives and engage with our audience through social media.
Administrative Duties: Assist with special projects, maintain knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, and ensure confidentiality of student information.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Previous experience in college admissions, marketing, sales, customer service, or education is preferred. Experience with remote work and travel is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Other: Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with some night driving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively is essential.

Salary:
The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $63,000, based on qualifications and experience.
