Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all evening client scan, print, and copy projects, email communications, and electronic production requests.
Ensure quality control and final inspection of deliverables, including format and presentation specifications, and sign off on completed production jobs.
Manage printing, photocopying, scanning, document assembly, mail fulfillment, and support facilities management needs.
Provide training, oversight, and feedback to new employees, and assist with employee reviews.
Communicate effectively with the Production Manager on job status and production needs, support outgoing mail quality control, and ensure a smooth transition of production requests between shifts.
Requirements:
College degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) is required; IPRO proficiency and supervisory experience are a plus.
Proven leadership skills in a previous role, such as Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager, in any industry (mailroom, scanning, retail, restaurant, warehouse, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills to address issues during client request production.
Must work in-office 5 days a week during the 2nd shift.
