Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their mental health goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, as needed.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field of counseling through ongoing professional development.
Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Minimum of [2] years of counseling experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
