About the Role: 

The internal communications manager supports employee and executive communications in close collaboration with Sitecore’s People and Culture, Social Media, and other teams.  

Location:   

• Hybrid, working on Eastern Time
• Ability to adjust work schedule occasionally to accommodate meetings with other time zones

What You’ll Do:  

• Manage day-to-day internal communications, including work with executives
• Create and edit content to support executive communications 
• Draft talking points for key events 
• Manage company-wide meetings, including agenda and content support 
• Manage company newsletters, including creating copy and staging in a content management system
• Manage the company’s intranet

What You Need to Succeed: 

• Outstanding writing and editing skills. Ability to write in Sitecore’s brand voice as well as that of key executives. 
• Experience in employee engagement strategies 
• Deep experience navigating B2B or enterprise technology messaging and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of the digital experience platform sector
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
