Responsibilities:

Assist the sales and marketing team in the day to day execution of events.
Prepare and distribute promotional material.
Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, signage and products.
Greet and assist event attendees, providing information and addressing inquiries.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent service.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus.

The clients head office is based in Downtown Dayton, OH., so candidates will need to be able to travel, as the position is an On-Site position. No Hybrid, No Remote position are available. Day shift hrs, must be willing and able to relocate if given the opportunity to join the team.
