Fusion Technology, a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business located amidst West Virginia's picturesque mountains, operates in close proximity to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division Headquarters. Established in 2007 by an Engineer, Fusion Technology focuses on delivering comprehensive IT services and solutions to critical US Government programs and the Intelligence Community.
Who You Are
As a security-cleared professional with an active Secret security clearance, you bring valuable expertise to our team. With:
- Junior level: 2+ years
- Mid-level: 5+ years
- Senior level: 8+ years
of experience and a Bachelor's degree, you are prepared to work remotely, with occasional travel to our main site for special events.
What You Will Do
As the Scrum Master (SM), you will facilitate agile development within the SAFe framework, ensuring efficient team collaboration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Lean-Agile principles and processes.
- Foster effective communication, coordination, and cooperation among team members to achieve Iteration Objectives.
- Uphold team rules and facilitate continuous improvement in performance, quality, predictability, and velocity.
- Guide team efforts in problem-solving and facilitate retrospectives.
- Facilitate essential team meetings, including Daily Stand-ups and Iteration Planning.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritize team tasks.
- Address impediments to ensure team focus on Iteration goals.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to protect team productivity.
- Prepare and support the team for ART events such as PI Planning and System Demos.
